Non  Alcoholic Drinks

Ghia Le Spritz Lime & Salt

Ghia's new canned Le Spritz Lime & Salt beverage blends citrus and salt to their aperitif for a juicy, lively drink. The Ghia Soda and Ghia Ginger Le Spritz are too harsh and grapefruit-y, but I could drink the Lime & Salt all night.

St. Agrestis Amaro Falso

An immediate classic, St. Agrestis Amaro Falso tastes like Fernet and coke. This clear brown drink with a large bubble tastes deeper than Lyre's Malt and Cola. Gentian root bitterness balances rosemary, bergamot, mint, and cola.

Jas Paloma Libre

Jas Paloma Libre is a delicious drink you may drink all night. Founder Cecilia Rios Murrieta's mezcal-inspired drink is rich, smokey, salty, and faintly sweet. Paloma Libre tastes like grapefruit, but ashwagandha adds a harsh, woody edge.

Figlia Fiore Frizzante

This Figlia Fiore Frizzante is luscious perfection. This silky cocktail has cranberry, nutmeg, ginger, and blood orange. Its acidic flavor and mild fizz make it sophisticated but pleasant, like an adult beverage.

St. Agrestis Phony Negroni

I found the St. Agrestis Phony Negroni to be one of the few cocktails that mimicked alcohol's burn. You can choose to add something to a NA drink. Herbaceous Phony Negronis are blended with cherry-cola sweetness and spicy citrus.

Parch Spiced Piñarita

A powerful spice and smokiness give the Parch Spiced Piñarita a mature taste. This pineapple-scented NA drink is better than others due to sweet and sour pineapple, chile, oregano, and salt.

Lyre's Amalfi Spritz

Lyre's Amalfi Spritz is light, refreshing, and easy to drink. I didn't find this drink as complex or flavorful as others, but some may like that. Its huge, tingling bubble and bitter, herbaceous, and sweet flavors make it a treat to sip, like an Aperol spritz.
