Make recovery time a top priority
It is very important to help your body recover when you are growing muscle. Your muscles can get torn over time from any active sports or workouts you do. Resting helps them heal.
Have better 'cheat meals' in your arsenal
Thor Bradley, C4 Energy brand spokesperson, recommends better cheat meals. If you eat clean yet cheat when you've "earned it," rethink your process. Bradley explains, "When you want to relax, you may eat low-nutrient junk food.
