What are  six healthy foods we must eat?

You can lower your chance of getting diseases like cancer, heart disease, and stroke by eating more fish and less red meat. Fish is high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids. – Bob Canter, who is a professor of surgery at UC Davis and heads the Division of Surgical Oncology

"These foods are full of nutrients, like glucosinolates, which are important for detoxification." These taste best when eaten raw or steamed quickly for five to ten minutes. – Alex Nella, a qualified dietitian for kids.

"They have a wide range of health-promoting carotenoids, whether they are red, yellow, or golden, or whether they are the root or the greens." There is evidence that the nitrates they eat can be changed into nitric oxide, which makes endurance exercise better.

These include a high concentration of lutein and zeaxanthin, two nutrients that have been shown to be effective in preventing macular degeneration.

The green leafy vegetable is one of my favorites, and I enjoy eating it chopped in salad or cooked with onion and garlic. It is rich in anti-oxidants, has a lot of nutrients, and has the potential to reduce cholesterol levels.

Peanut butter

I consider peanut butter to be my favorite food. It contains sugars, carbohydrates, and protein. My kids absolutely adore it, and it's a fantastic food for recuperation!
